Welcome!  When we founded our first company, Via Positiva, fifteen years ago, I imagined being a small part of the transformation of behavioral health systems, provider organizations and public sector governmental services. Since then, our clients have included some of the largest and most impactful provider systems in the country as well as local, county, state and federal agencies and many Fortune 500 companies including national and regional insurers. In all of these partnerships, we focused on walking the "Via Positiva" or "The Positive Way" and have learned so much from all of our partners and colleagues, many of you now friends.

The companies you find here continue to uniquely expand that positive, strengths-based, life-giving and abundant path: Via Positiva continues to offer business consulting, technical assistance and detailed plans for sustainability and growth. Our Executive Consultant and Master Trainer Portfolio includes an array of national behavioral health leaders and key subject matter experts to help navigate the most complex behavioral health systems and provider challenges.

Trauma Informed Principles and Practices provides standardized certification for organizations to develop, plan, implement, measure, monitor and sustain trauma informed care in a formalized, yet manageable way.

Transformativa Health provides direct services including care management and peer support using our proprietary SAGED Model and our SHIFTs Process-- a Single High Impact Focused Tactics Session offering a road map to recovery and wellness in a single session. Illumitiva provides companioning, deep support, advocacy and wellness navigation with those who have been sexually exploited by clergy and others in positions of power.

Our Elders Project brings leaders together to learn from each other's wisdom and teach emerging administrators and practitioners in a time of huge technological shift, reminding us to stay grounded in healing practices that have been transformational across cultures and across centuries, as well as templates for connecting formal power structures with informal influencers and community leaders in behavioral health systems and communities so solutions actually alleviate real challenges on the ground!

Transformativa Light offers practical tools and detailed plans to transform the workplace and take care of the caretakers within our agencies and systems, including executives and administrators, therapists, peers, community health workers and all of those whose quality of presence with clients and each other depends on having the tools to enhance their wellness and to express a joyful and abundant life.

We have learned so much together in these fifteen years and I am deeply grateful to all of our clients, colleagues and customers who walk and have walked this path with us. Our business model is based on creating channels of compassion and connection--real value--across the behavioral health spectrum. That sounds simple, but it's not easy. Navigating and shaping the funding, regulatory systems, payer processes, silos, investors, stakeholders, differing political and communal visions, systems built on pathologizing and crisis first care takes innovation, collaborative creativity, courage and an open, mutual learning and deeply relational approach to the work. If our approach resonates with your values and vision, we look forward to partnering, learning together, and offering our perspectives, plans, templates and successful, real-world experience toward your goals and growth through the ViaTiva Family of Companies.
